Preservation Studios, serving as Preservation Consultants to the Village of Williamsville, have provided Historic Building Reuse Planning services associated with the redevelopment of the Williamsville Water Mill.

Services provided include guidance throughout acquisition of the property, hosting public workshops about potential uses and evaluating findings, identifying a suitable project architect and developer through RFQ and RFP processes, respectively.

Preservation Studios is also assisting the Village with evaluation and rehabilitation historic building reuse planning for the Village’s House and completed the final reuse report in 2008. In 2010 we completed the architect RFQ, and the Develop FRP.
