The former Annunciation School building was built in 1928 and ceased operations in 1988. In 2009, the building was rehabilitated and now serves as the office of Preservation Studios, other commercial offices, a school and 20 apartments. We completed Part One of the Historic Preservation Certification Application, as well as the National Register nomination for this project, resulting in the availability of federal and state historic tax credits.
